Rondel Purple Brown

A blown rondel is gathered and blown into a bubble, which is then pierced and opened into the flat shape, then broken off leaving a thicker portion at the center called a punty. Blown rondels can be a solid color or a variety of specialty styles.  They are more expensive than spun rondels because they take more time and expertise to make.
