To use copper foil sheet for stained glass, ensure your glass edges are clean, ground, and dry. Center the foil tape along the edge, wrap it evenly, and overlap the ends by 6mm to 12 mm. Use a burnishing tool to press the foil flush against the glass, removing all air bubbles and wrinkles to prevent flux seepage.
